Once again, it has been far too long since I took time to share the heart of God with you. He has never once released me from this assignment. He is always speaking and that is a GOOD THING!
This has been a season of my life where promotion and elevation in my calling as an Apostle and Prophet to the Nations, as well as my career as an Attorney at Law, have both soared simultaneously.
All praise, glory and honor belong unto God, Who is our Father and faithful friend, to Jesus Christ, His Son and our Elder Brother, and to the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete, Who comes and walks in us and alongside of us leading and guiding us into ALL TRUTH!!!
The title of this message has emanated from a song that I have been privileged to listen to several times over again since the weekend of May 23 and 24, 2008. On that weekend here in the Chicagoland area, we were graced with a visit from Prophet Kim Clement and Dr. Lance Wallnau, in a meeting called, "Chicago Prophetic Blast."
What an awesome experience in the presence of the Most High God did we indeed embellish. The tangible manifested Glory of God was so great in our midst! [See Isaiah 12:6]
I left that meeting with one of Kim Clement's CD's entitled, "Where is the God of Elijah?" On that CD, Kim sings a song that matches the title of this message. The Lord woke me up this morning very early singing that song . . . "I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now!"
That is the privilege of operating in the realm and the anointing of the prophetic, you can actually see far into your own future, as well as seeing far into the future of others around you.
You are called to operate in this realm in order that you might embrace encouragement, edification and exhortation directly from the Throne of God. The Father wants to constantly alert you of His plans for your future.
You have heard it quoted so many times -- but, it still rings and remains true, "For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome." Jeremiah 29:11 AMP
Recently, I was privileged to receive from the Lord, the theme for our upcoming return journey to India to conduct, once again, two International Women's Conferences. Based upon the theme, I do know that there is also a revelation that the Father would have me share with you.
The theme is "Daughter of Zion: Woman of Worship".
The Lord is prophetically calling you, beckoning you, and willingingly ushering you into a higher place of praise, a higher place of worship.
As you accept the invitation to "come up hither" you will experience the soaring nature of the eagle that flies high above all obstacles, unhindered by any one of them.
Because God has ordained your total and complete VICTORY, He expects you to be able to SHIFT, JUMP and CHANGE directions at His Voice. He expects you to have your ear and eye so in tune to His Voice, that you would not miss one single instruction, direction or plan that He lays out before you. Be forewarned that in the event that you do miss one step, you have not taken the Father by surprise -- He has actually graced you for failure! He turns every failure into a stepping stone toward your glorious future!
God is revealing apostolic strategies to take Nations for His Kingdom. "Yet I have anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree of the Lord: He said to Me. You are My Son: this day [I declare] I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession." Psalm 2:6-8 AMP
The Hand of God is upon you to move you from your "comfort zone" into a large place, to expand your capacity to believe and receive. Once you believe, then you will speak what you are hearing the Father say. [See II Corinthians 4:13]
By way of testimony: About eight (8) weeks or so ago, the Lord revealed to me, as Apostle Greg Howse, my Pastor, was teaching a series on faith, that He was using the messages to "stretch our souls, to expand our capacity to receive what He has planned for us."
In the rhema word that the Lord spoke to me, He also gave me a vision of a "rubber band" likening our souls to the rubber band. The Lord continued to speak saying, "the rubber band that has been oiled is stretchable and pliable; the dry rubber band will snap and break every time."
We need the constant "oil" of His Holy Presence to lubricate our souls to be able to receive and contain all that He is saying, doing and manifesting in the Earth.
The Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos said, "After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in Heaven! And the first voice which I had heard addressing me like [the calling of] a war trumpet said, Come up here, and I will show you what must take place in the future. At once I came under the [Holy] Spirit's power, and behold, a throne stood in Heaven, with One seated on the throne!" Revelation 4:1-2 AMP
You're somewhere in the future . . . and you look much better than you look right now. Let's commit to go to the future and bring it back right now! That's prophecy!

Chicago Prophetic Blast
May 23-24th 2008
The atmosphere was like a class reunion, everyone looking forward to seeing each other and the featured speakers engaged for the Conference. There is always the question of will it meet my hoped expectations? Bathed in prayer, the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit touched the hearts of those in attendance. From the first session to the last, hungry; thirsty hearts were being filled.
People who move in the prophetic gifting walk a different road to activation of our gift. It is a hard road, often walked alone, side by side with the Holy Spirit, we are taught, molded, conditioned, stretched, and because of this we are often misunderstood. We see into the spiritual realm, try our best to translate what we see and hear into our common language to convey the experience or message we were given by the Lord. This is most often connected with the area of Seer.
Those who speak words of Prophecy; it comes from the heart. I marvel that the God of the universe wants to connect with our hearts more than our heads. Those who have been gifted to receive from the Holy Spirit in words or utterances flow from the heart. This happens in unity, the presence of the Holy Spirit within the Believer and the yielded heart of the earthen vessel speak from the heart of God to encourage the Church and His Children.
I have said this before, birds of a feather flock together. It felt good to be surrounded with people open and accepting of this Prophetic Conference. From the very beginning hearts were open to the teachings and worship. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people wanting to grow in this gift.
Dr. Lance Wallnau
I had never heard of Dr. Lance Wallnau before the Chicago Prophetic Blast. He is like no other instructor I have ever met. Dr. Wallnau has wonderful knowledge of the Bible. He has practical Biblical application to the world around us bringing light into our world. Humor was one of the ways Dr. Wallnau delivered his points. I marvel at how he is so comfortable in front of our group, speaking to us as if he knew us all as friends. His goal was to get us to see how to be Prophetic in Our worlds without looking weird. To see we are a people of destiny, directed by the hand of God for a goal to Glorify the Trinity.
Speaking for myself, when I see into the spiritual realm in Dreams and Visions, the symbolism come in continuous points. I miss the meaning of several areas. I struggle to get a total picture from the message I see. However, Dr. Lance Wallnau is a teacher who has learned how to connect all the DOTS! His message of a continuous stream of view points in the journey that has been laid out before us by God. Speaking for the audience, we were all hungry to learn and know the things he was teaching us, I was eager to learn in hopes it will aid me in being used of God.
Prophet Kim Clement
Prophetic Kim Clement was met by a group of several thousand people who embraced him. No walls, no barriers from the audience to the stage. I have been in prophetic meeting where the people in the room had their arms crossed, skeptical about this whole prophetic stuff. The atmosphere was a closed heaven. Not so this night, with openness, opens hearts, hungry souls wanted to hear from God and be part of all that happened on both nights. People not only wanted to hear from God through Prophet Clement, they wanted to receive and impartation from God through him!
Prophet Clement quickly saw the presence of the Holy Spirit upon the crowd and stepped into ushering us into the presence of an open heaven above our meeting. I was manning the camera next to the stage slightly perched above the crowd. When I was looking into auditorium I could see a slight fog within the building. We all joined in the worship.
Many know that Prophet Clement is a concert pianist. With the members of his musical group, we were all worshipping Jesus in unison. With our hearts, we reached up to heaven to praise our Lord. It was in this environment that Prophet Clement began to speak the heart of God for our Region. Proclaiming the release of Heavenly forces to retake our counties for Jesus. It is not often understood about the functions of a Prophet. With him comes LIGHT. The Light of God invades a Region and spiritual change takes place. Prophet Clement saw God’s timing for us and he spoke into the Mid-west, new life in God.
Al and Billy Deck
I was not signed up for Al and Billy Deck’s meeting of intercessors. I walked in and sat down. A continuous stream of knowledge embedded in wisdom was release through Billy. She understands the ways of the Lord and helps others to see how to pray for the moving of the Holy Spirit. Full of learned common spiritual sense, she taught us principles to pray by. We were led in prayer for our Conference and Region.

Not many of us are risk takers: Especially where our finances are concerned. Pastor Theresa and Pastor Rob Phillips were the people behind the scenes.( www.Chicagopropheticvoice.net www.PraiseMinistriesInternational.com) They made the Conference happen. With them were many hard workers. Rev. Karen Tews did much of the leg work along with a troop of volunteers. In Unity, this group of people brought into our Region people to help equip us for service work for Jesus and has brought in people to speak into the region new spiritual life. Next time I will let you know what I am doing.
I went nowhere for two years but saw that conference advertised and
knew I was to be there.
I needed wild and exuberant.... God knew before I did.
I needed to be a part of something bigger than me or my world.
Let me share some consolidating thoughts about this event.
It was not really about names of people. Names were said but the
focus was always put on Jesus. Two mornings were penetrating
teaching by DR Lance Wallnau filling in gaps of understanding about
how to keep running the race of transformation with excellence. The
evenings were opportunities to have the mainline message of the
gospel given, received and prayed in a different mode of delivery by
Kim Clement and then the heart of God and His big plan of love
enthusiastically understood more and heartedly agreed to as a group
in a reciprocal manner over and over for a couple hours that felt
like minutes.
All sessions built on the previous presentation and were interwoven with
each other. Praise changed the atmosphere in more than the room and
for more than in that place. Worship will maintain it.
And the lessons presented if learned and acted upon will change the
environment to the Glory of God and His Kingdom. People there were
making decisions to follow the will of God in taking their part to act in
grace and love on the environment instead of hiding and running away.
It was way over the top.
It was way beyond speaking in tongues.
People were so individually wanting more than a personal experience
that the place was 1500 people requesting loudly and in unison
for God to meet the needs of the people in the different places
where they lived and for America.
It became like a group conversation with God kind of thing.
The intensity of worship and desire for God's Kingdom come
was noted by Kim to be beyond anything he had ever experienced yet.
He was strongly considering returning soon to Chicago.
The conversation is my words for how it felt over the time of 3 hours
at each nights meeting. Three hours of hardly anyone moving around.
I felt as if the people were so passionate to be matched up to
God's big picture agenda that God picked up the conversation
and the people kept pace of agreement emphasizing the
trueness of their love, servant humbleness, willingness to work and
restating their attitude and motive to be a part of restructuring the
atmosphere and environment of the Midwest, the heartland of America,
for the benefit of the goodness and love of God.
Still today, the list of where God is going to revive America
does not include the Midwest or even close.
WHY?
Is it possible we do not need it? or not need it as much?
Is it possible we are from a position of spiritual health called to
intercede for the nation and where God is going in fuller measure?
Is it possible we hear the heart of God, as in "the Heartland", that we
beat clearer in tune with the heart of God so we are called to pray for all?
Is it possible the small flames seen around us and at one point over us
was what we brought to this gathering to make a start of a bonfire
unto the Lord for all of America in matching with the heart of God.
I think of the famous bonfires of the Texas Universities that are a rallying
call of future victories before the actual game between rivalries.
Have you ever been to a Notre Dame football game? The crowds roar
and cheer so loud and enthusiastically that the ground shakes even
blocks away. You cannot hear yourself think. You become part of
something and a group that is way bigger than yourself. There are tens
of thousands of wild happy committed fans in love with football and
their college and not afraid to show it.
The atmosphere is electrified with the sounds coming forth for a football
victory in every detail. A block away I smiled years ago at the
happy intense fun the enormous crowd was sounding like it was having
at being a part of an event that was possibly a historic moment. Either
way it was worth great time, money and effort for them to be there
for football.
Being at this gathering of called Christians who were a cheering group
for the purposes and the love of God was kind of like that and beyond.
That we, the USA, have been givers to the world and we need to be
revived and see victory to become what we are: givers;
to give again to the world more more more with wild abandon
the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and life with Him.
That we, this called group, lovers and matchers to God's heart, as one
with intense love and holy boldness were change makers:
consolidating gains and resolving conflict for the Kingdom of God.
And me, a week later, my noted change?
Renewed and heightened commitment to my God,
to my home, my church, my community and to my country and His world.
I think that is very valuable.

Sidebar:
I knew there had to be some gift
in forgiving all things, people and myself from the inability to hear almost
any of the words or songs the first night because of the loud sound system.
The second night the people I was with figured out how to get seats
in the middle and forget anything closer.
That coupled with a better sound system and reading lips
off of the big screen TV made it possible
to almost figure out what audibly was going on.
From the massively loud sound system my tininitis kicked up
with its internal, distracting, loud high-pitched tinkling, ringing bells.
Then my focus really had to be exactly on the presence of God.
I'm so grateful the tininitis is not roaring or barking like some people get.
Tininitis is hearing loss from loud sounds over time and mine is
from church and Christian conventions that are very loud.
To wear ear plugs keeps me from hearing anything but
my own breathing and blood swishing through my veins
and that is so not spiritually uplifting or useful. (dry humor yet true)
With all the human senses of communication being hampered
I started to get angry and take it personal
about the pain, greater loss of my hearing, loss of auditory hearing
with little mental understanding of what was being said and sung.
...like I mattered.
However, I immediately realized what I was doing
and made a decision to NOT be offended.
So God, what will you do good with this seemingly personal loss?
And as I wrote my observations now of what I seemed to sense in
the big picture of what the Lord was doing
I realized the gift in the lack of actual knowledge.
And I smile.
Perhaps loss was my gain.
I would still like to read a transcript of what was exactly said and sung.
It would be very interesting.
Well, Doris, my new friend, that is a little of what happened.
I believe it was earth adjusting to the sound of heaven on a big scale.
Quite a humbling thing to be a part of....
In America's Heartland
a large group, through worship and prayer as one, focusing on God's
agenda that becomes part of changing the atmosphere and environment
to match more closely the sound of God in his Heart, revealed in Scripture.
It was a group from all the surrounding states that chose to not
run away and hide from troubles but together risk loving God and people
with full abandonment of intense love and commitment.
I'm going to go back eventually and see what they said about the
stated goals of this meeting in the brochure.
This is not over. Something incredible in prayer has increased.
I have a strong hunch that 3000 people were called to be there
because there were 3000 available seats. Boy did they miss out.
As I thought about that I considered that there is a difference between
wanting to go and being called. I've wanted to do a lot of things but
the pause button in me kicks in and then when the time comes it
becomes obvious why that thing or event would have never worked.
But this gathering was a red hot yes without any pause. I did not and
do not have the money to even go visit my 87 year old Mom across
the continent. But I took money out of Pension funds to go to this
gathering and charged. Now I know why... even if I do not know what
was said most of the time. (dry humor) I am honored that God invited me.
Oh, by the way, it might be fun to know that because of who I was with
my niece and I had permission to go to the second afternoon of
invited group prayer of 150 people. I could not go.
My niece went and came back with gold flecks all over her head and face.
It stayed on her all day until she washed at home that night.
I suggested she keep some on a piece of clear tape to remember.
Why does God do this? I don't know. But
she needed to know at a higher level that she was a child of the King:
gold, jewels, crown --- king.
Too often she listened to people in different venues imply,
"Just who do you think you are ......?" So now she knows better who she is.
She kept getting stopped by people who had gone the first day
and thought it wasn't much and skipped the second day.
They wanted to know what happened to her. What happened?
This has never ever happen before.... to her or them. It was so fun.
And there will be more good "never ever happened befores" to take place
and already have taken place. What a wonderful time to be alive.

I WAS SO SICK OF HUMAN FLESH, I DIDN’T WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE AFTER KIM HAD US SIT DOWN ON FRIDAY NIGHT – AND DIDN’T WANT TO ALL DAY ON SATURDAY EITHER. THEN ON SATURDAY NIGHT, WE HAD OUR HOME GROUP MEETING. A FORMER PASTOR IS OUR WORSHIP LEADER, AND HE BROUGHT HIS 2 KIDS (LIKE 7 AND 9 YEARS OLD). I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE KABAD GLORY AND THE SUPAH DUPAH STRONG – BEYOND WORDS – PRESENCE OF THE LORD ON FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE CONFERENCE. THEN THE FATHER SPOKE THAT 95% OF WHAT GOES ON IN CHARISMATIC MEETINGS IS FAKE FLUFF! I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE SAID THAT! sandi |

Theresa; Thanks for the invite to the Kim Clement conference, I am sorry I didnt stay for the whole thing but I had to get back home to the family and to work, .... But when I stayed at the hotel there was a great atmosphere of peace there. I have been to other conferences in which the conference was held at the hotel one being a conference that ( Name omitted) was holding and they also covered the place with prayer and such but it did not feel as peaceful as the atmoshere that your conference had. We've arrived back home in Grand Rapids safely and couldn't stop talking about the amazing time we had in Chicago the whole way home. There was amazing revelatory teaching, warm hospitality, and tons and tons of fun!! Thank You Again!!!

All week long before the conference I kept seeing this picture of a white horse and receiving various scriptures pertainting to horses. I felt like God was telling me to paint a picture of a white horse. So then Friday morning when we were in the session with Dr. Lance he showed a clip of the gladiator and at the conclusion of the battle in the arena, Maximus was riding on a white horse. As I saw this clip my stomach just flipped and it completely confirmed what I felt God had been speaking that week. So what I painted was the frontline of a circle of shields. The shields encompass your home, your city, your nation, YOU, they are a covering!!! The shields are drawn as one, and in the middle of the shields is the warrior mounted on his horse. The horsemen is protected by the unity of the shields and his victory is sustained because of the protection that surrounds him. I also feel like the Lord said VICTORIOUS MAXIMUS!!!!!!!!! Maximum victory!! So I seal this unity over the city of Chicago and the Great Lakes Region. We will be UNITED!!! We will mount up and ride in sustained victory!!!! AS ONE!!!!

Chicago Prophetic Blast Testimony – By Damon Stuart
My name is Damon Stuart and I am a worship evangelist and also a co-sponsor for the Chicago Prophetic Blast with Lance Wallnau and Kim Clement which was hosted by Praise Ministries International.
It was such a pleasure to not only serve for the conference but was such an honor to serve the guests speakers/prophets as well. It was also amazing to serve the body of Christ with so many other ministers, churches and lay leaders working together in unity.
I am reminded of the scripture in Psalms 133:1 which states
“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity! “
What I want to share with you is that from the minute the conference started on Friday morning until it ended on Saturday night, there was a constant building going on in the spirit and in the glory realm. One thing that really stood out to me was that we were having the same type of hunger and atmosphere that is a key ingredient to seeing, not revival, but a renewal that God is releasing throughout the earth. It’s not just limited to a “Lakeland Florida” but its extending out to all who hunger and thirst for Him.
I love the prophetic worship that was released through the ministry of Kim Clement. There was such a charge in the atmosphere as people poured down to the front and worshiped with fire and zeal. God moved so powerfully that it seemed that the anointing and prophetic came quickly and easy.
On Saturday night, as the worship took off to greater heights, I was standing off to the side of the stage where I was assigned to ...., but was worshiping as well.
As I began to enter in, the Holy Spirit began to overwhelm me with His beautiful presence. The anointing became so strong that I had to go behind the stage because I began to weep uncontrollably. His love poured out on me so strong that I stayed back there for over ten minutes while the worship continued and I was being loved on by Jesus so intimately.
I was blessed in so many ways that I could keep writing several more pages. From the teachings that Lance did, there was so much to digest, to the Intercession that was led by Al & Billie Deck.
God did so much in just two days. To Him be all the glory and honor.
In closing, I would like to say, Thank You Pastor Theresa & Rob for listening to God to host this timely and appointed event. Thank you for inviting me to serve and be a part of what God is doing here in the Chicago land area.

The conference was excellent; thank you for your labor of love and for being such a beautiful servant to us all.
It was an absolute delight to see you walk through the tunnel of banners.
I brought the banners and it was an honor to do so. I represent David Stanfield from Australia with "Out Of Our Minds Banners". I am his U.S. representative and very much enjoy seeing people set free, break through, and soar with these banners.
Many at the conference asked me "when is David coming to Chicago?" and I told them, "when he is invited". Everyone that posed that question pointed to you and asked me to please talk to Theresa.

"There Shall Be FOUR GREAT MOVES: The Handkerchief, the Shadow, the Garment and the Salt"
"Breakthrough, Breakthrough, Breakthrough"
Prophesied May 24, 2008 - Chicago, Illinois:
"They say, 'The nation is in dire straits.' There is a man that has prayed. There's a man that has prayed for the safety of this nation, and I have heard. My Spirit shall take young lives, breathe to the caves, to the crevices, and the places that have been a breeding ground for sin, perversion, murder, hate."
God said, "I will turn it around and raise up some of the greatest evangelists this world has ever seen. They say that this nation is in dire straits. There's a man who has prayed, there's a man who has prayed for the safety of the nation, and I have heard."
The Spirit of God says, "Lift up your voice, lift up your hands." For from this state tonight, from this state--from Illinois--I heard the sound of the Spirit of God telling me, "I'm hearing them prophesy to this nation, while you have enemies on every side, predicting and causing a prognosis to come to this nation; they stand on the soil of the Middle East, they stand on the soil of Europe, they stand on soil that should be friendly territory and they prophesy your doom," says the Spirit of God. "And yet, tonight, just one prophetic sound shall chase a thousand and two shall chase ten thousand!"
God says, "I'm listening to you right now. I'm watching you as you prophesy to this nation. I will bring down your enemies, says the Lord."
"Your Children Shall Not Be Trampled Under"
As you shout, God is listening to the soil of Illinois. As you shout, He is listening to you raising up an anthem like a trumpet from the soil of Illinois. Let there be a noise; let there be a joyful sound! I see satan fall like lightning from Heaven. The powers of the prince of Persia have no right over the kingdom of this nation. We break your power, and we prophesy to America: Breakthrough, breakthrough, breakthrough!
"America, as I stood outside Jerusalem and said, 'Had you known this was your day and recognized the day of your visitation, you would not have what shall come upon you. I wanted to gather you as the mother gathers her little children and it was not to be.' America, I stand as I stood that day. I say to you: Your children shall not be trampled under.
"And so I shall gather you together, and I will bring down those that have waited for your downfall, saying, 'They are so in debt, we shall cripple them.' Ha!" says the Spirit of God. "Cripple a nation that has given and given and given to nations of the third world? Cripple a nation that has sent My Word to the ends of the earth? Ha! Shall you cripple a nation that has raised up My anthem in every school?"
This Has Never, Ever Happened Before!
Prophesied May 25, 2008 - Detroit, Michigan:
There are some unusual happenings about to occur. These are called "Happenings"--a very strange move of the Spirit is coming to this nation. They shall say, "It doesn't fit; it doesn't make sense, doesn't make sense. So, what do we do?" God said, "It's not supposed to make sense. You will abandon any intellectual attachment to revival. And you shall become comfortable with something that is unfamiliar.
"It doesn't make any sense, doesn't make any sense. And they shall say, 'Something is happening.' The shadow of Peter was cast upon those who were dying. It doesn't make sense, it doesn't make sense. And so again I will take shadows; I will take shadows--things that seem insignificant, churches that seem insignificant--and with them I shall do unusual, unusual manifestations."
God said, "There are some things so unusual they will say, 'How can we call it a revival, because this has never, ever happened before. How can we call it a renewal, because this has never, ever happened before.'" This has never, ever happened before!
This move of the Spirit that's coming will cause people to say, "This has never, ever happened before; this has never, ever happened before."
God says, "They are going to say, 'Something is happening, we don't know what it is. It really makes no sense, but something is happening. We can't call it a revival, because this has never, ever happened before.'"
God said, "There will be a surprise, because I'm going to take the most insignificant, the most rejected things like the lepers that were outside the walls. It wasn't a king. It wasn't a king; it took four little lepers to take them to provision." God says, "So many things are going to be happening, and they are going to say, 'What are we going to call this? We will call it: The Happening.'"
And they are going to say, "It makes no sense; why? We don't know where it started, but we think it was in the Midwest. Why?" Because God needed somebody's shadow. You see, a shadow is insignificant, but it is a shadow of things to come.
There Shall Be Four Great Moves of God
And God says to you, "There are four great moves that are coming. Four great moves, four great phases: one is in the handkerchief, one is the shadow, the next one is in the garment, and the final one is called the salt."
In other words, there are four very significant things spoken of in the Bible that are going to take place.
Number one: the handkerchief. It simply means this: The great Apostle Paul eventually had such a great breakthrough that demonic powers came down, and handkerchiefs were laid upon people and they were healed. It speaks of unusual miracles--that's the first thing: things that have never, ever happened before are going to be happening. What does the handkerchief speak of? It speaks of tears, sickness, you spit on it, and you wipe your brow from hard labor. How many of you have labored and labored and now you are waiting for a reward?
The next move of the Spirit is in the shadow. He says, "I'm going to use the most insignificant thing--things that the world and even the Church and religion say, 'Nothing will ever come out of that, they will never do anything.'" God says, "I'm going to take the most insignificant, the most rejected, and raise up the most powerful miracles through them."
The third thing God spoke about was a mantle. He said when Elijah found Elisha, he was in a field; and in the Hebrew the word is "Abelmahollah." He was plowing with 12 yoke of oxen, and he was busy with the 12th. God has brought us to a place to where His government is almost all intact, all 12. But the world "Abelmahollah," where Elisha was, means "the field of rejoicing"; and if God finds you in a field of rejoicing, He is going to have a mantle cast upon you.
So, God said there's a mantle of acceleration. When that mantle is cast upon you, you have the ability to strike any Jordan, anything that's stopping you from getting to the other side. So I want you to take that double portion tonight, and I want you to strike everything that's stopping you.
Salt for the Healing of the Cities of America
God spoke about a fourth thing: He spoke about salt. When Elisha was eventually across the Jordan, he got to a city and the elders of the city came to him and said, "Our city is beautiful, but there is one problem--our water is impure." And Elisha said, "Get me a nice, clean, new bowl." He poured water into that, and then he poured salt into it. And he went to the water supply of that city and he poured salt into it.
Suddenly, the water was purified and the entire city became productive. God said He is going to go to the source of the problems in the cities and purify it with grace, purify it with grace, and bring healing to the cities of America!
This has never, ever happened before!
I see forces that have been exalted being brought down to hell. Let the high praise of God come forth!
Hell itself is hearing a sound that is causing them to say, "Just when we thought we had a bunch of people put together, quiet, that had no clue."
But now there is a new generation that is rising up, prophets that will drive every demonic power out of those who wage war at the top.
Hell is saying, "What are we going to do? We have to surrender because there is the sound of the Blood of Christ that we can hear."
I prophesy to those that are high up in high places, "You have kept them for too long."
"Now," God says, "they are mine, these warriors. I prophesy!" We prophesy to dead bones, we prophesy to dead bones: You shall live, you shall live!
Yeshua down in the valley, Yeshua on the mountain, Yeshua throughout the earth! Yeshua! Yeshua! Yeshua!
There Will Be Severe Exposures by October; Honor to True Voices by November
Prophesied May 30, 2008 - Wilkesboro, North Carolina:
The Spirit of God says, "Over this nation there is a strong resistance, something that has been spoken out. There is a strong resistance, but not strong enough. There is a strong principality, but not strong enough! There is a pact, a pact that has been made as in the days of Noah, when the sons of men came. There was a pact in spiritual wickedness and humanity. This pact has been made, but it is not strong enough!
"There is only one covenant. There is only one eternal covenant. There is only one eternal covenant that is strong enough that will break every pact, that will break every resistance.
"Tonight, I, the Spirit of God enforce the eternal covenant that I made before man was born, and that was made through the new covenant of the Blood of My Son. I will not allow this pact to have any lawful power, it is not strong enough!" says the Lord.
The Spirit of God says, "Open up your hands, open up your mouths and pray. For the powers of hell have hidden--the powers of hell have caused men to lie and to hide things, politicians. Now," God says, "I speak from the state of the Carolinas, and speak to you. By October there would have been severe exposures--politicians. And they shall say, 'Has America gone mad? What has happened to its political discourse?'"
God said, "What you are seeing unfolding is the exposure of political preachers and men who dress in the cloth that have no power but to destroy. I will expose them one by one," says the Lord of Hosts!
"For what you have seen, what you have heard coming from pulpits has brought shame to what they call the clergy. Now," God says, "I want to bring honor to what they call the clergy. I want to bring honor to the true voices, and I shall do this by November of this year in the United States of America," says the Lord!
"There is a principality that has schemed to bring a weapon against My people, for this political war that you have seen is not something to be taken lightly, but I will arise and there shall be one exposure after the other. And," God said, "even things regarding your oil and your energy, I will expose. And they will say, 'What do we do now? We have no candidates left.'"
God said, "There is only one candidate for this country: and that is the Holy Spirit. That's Who it is and that's Who has been designated to be the Power and the Voice in this nation, says the Lord!"
"A Barrier that Has Been Between One Generation and Another Is Being Broken"
God's Spirit says, "Beckon the prophetic, beckon the prophetic. Beckon it, beckon the prophets to come, beckon to them." There is a Macedonian call, there is a call from young men, young women: 'Come to us!' and yet we have said to them, "You come to us." God said, "A barrier that has been between one generation and another is being broken."
No statistics. A very unusual thing that will happen in this nation, and many nations, where the barriers between generations will be broken, and young and old shall stand together. Lion will lay next to the lamb. There shall be an unusual merging of young and old, for they shall make declaration: We have waited too long.
And God said, "There will be no spiritual recession in this nation ever again! Goats, sheep--a separation is coming to pass. They will recognize the stench of religion and they will know the true sound of Christ."
"The Door Which was Shut I Have Opened and No Man Shall Shut it Again"
Prophesied May 31, 2008 - Wilkesboro, North Carolina:
The Spirit of the Lord says, "If you would hear, and if you would come boldly to the Throne of Grace...if you would hear with a spiritual ear, you would come boldly to the Throne of Grace--not with fear and trembling, not like they did when Moses stood, when they ran from the mountain.
"But if you would come," says the Lord, "with boldness and say, 'Yes, I believe the veil has been rent, it has been torn so there is no limitation whatsoever,' tonight, I have made it possible for you to reach into a place you have never seen, for you to reach into a place you have never heard, to a sound you have never heard, and take a hold of something that has been kept through the ages, that has been kept through time.
"You may say, 'Why? Why for this time?' Because," God says, "there is a cry and an outcry. There is a sound of murmuring, there is a sound of groaning, there is a sound of dissatisfaction. And," God said, "that is good, for I am going to change everything. I have rent a veil, I have broken a place of limitation for you. Reach in and say, 'I will take what is mine; I will take what is rightfully mine. I will take what is kept for this day and for this age.'
"If you don't believe in the ranting of a prophet, then it makes no difference, but there was one that stood crying in the wilderness: 'Prepare ye the way, for there comes one who I'm not worthy to tie His shoe.'
"But," God said, "surely there is something coming, even at the sound of the voice that you are hearing, something that they will name, 'The Happening.' They will say, 'It's happening! Something is happening!' I kept something for this day and age, for you who were born at such a time as this, for the Kingdom at such a time as this. Do you count yourself privileged? Do you understand? Do you understand that you have been kept for this day?
"For even as I spoke to Jeremiah, even as I spoke to Isaiah, even as I spoke to the greats of old, so I can speak to you. Why must you wait for the sound of a trumpet from a mountain? Why should you wait for the sound like thunder? No, it has come already, the veil has been rent. What you could not acquire, what you could not reach into, which key you couldn't get, what door you couldn't open--is now about to be opened," says the Lord.
"Which key you couldn't get, which door you couldn't open is being opened," says the Lord of Hosts. "Even up to this point they put a damper on you and said, 'It will never come to pass.' I say to you, the door which was shut I have opened and no man shall shut it again," says the Lord.
Laws Shall Change in Favor of the Saints
I stand on this soil that is saturated with the prophetic word, but God said, "Where are the takers? Where are the risk takers? Where are the ones that will say, 'I want to do something which has never happened before'? Under lock and key has been kept the revelation of this day. Some say, 'He is coming back soon.'"
The Spirit of the Lord says, "I am bringing back to you something that Daniel held in his heart, something that David had in his dance, something that Samson held in his hands. I'm bringing back supernatural, supernatural acceleration, supernatural energy, to take a hold of an unnatural crisis that exists in My Church. Now," God said, "let Me hear the warriors of God shout, for the victory is yours, says the Lord!"
The Spirit of the Lord says, "I speak to you, America. I speak to you, America. From this state (North Carolina) I speak to this nation: Fear not, fear not, fear not when they say, 'Death has come,' in the next four years (and I'm not speaking about an assassination). They will say, 'Death, death,'" and God said, "But watch even in death how I resurrect something in the midst of a term that seems terminal."
God said, "I'll change it swiftly to where I will bring unity and the laws shall change in favor of the saints of the Most High God," says the Lord.

Shall you cripple a nation who has given and given and given and fought wars for other nations? No! You shall not cripple them, says the Lord. I shall raise them up and there shall be an anthem and they will sing to the world: As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!
The Spirit of God says do not forget the promises that I made, do not forget the words that I spoke to you, that this nation has cried out "bring us revival, bring us renewal, bring us something fresh." God said, what is about to embark on your streets, what is about to embark in your colleges, in your schools, in your homes and in your businesses - what is about to embark, says the Spirit of God, is the most unusual thing that has ever happened. For I have kept this day as a very special day, to make this announcement to my people.
Watch me in these next few years how I turn things around for the advantage of this Nation. Enough blood, enough shedding of blood, now I hear the voice of my Son and His blood, in My people.
This voice cries out for this nation, and God said you will pioneer a wonderful movement, they shall call it "the happening," they shall call it "the happening." And people shall say "what is happening?" and they shall say "the happening." It is an unusual happening, it brings happiness, it brings people to joy. They shall name this "the happening." They shall say it's happening there and they shall go and as I gave unusual miracles and signs to my apostles and my prophets, so there shall be four specific signs that shall come to my people, manifestations of an unusual kind.
There shall be the sign of the handkerchief, there shall be the sign of the shadow,
there shall be the sign of the mantle and there shall be the sign of salt, says the Spirit of God. What is this that is spoken through the voice of the prophet, and the prophet shall say it.
The handkerchief is a piece of cloth that brings much pain. Tears are placed upon the handkerchief and when sick the handkerchief is used, it is used to spit upon, it is used for labor to wipe the sweat. But that same handkerchief shall take the labor of your days, the pain that you have had for these past few years, and I shall transform it as I did into the same cloth that Paul the Apostle sent out, and unusual miracles were done. No I am not speaking about a natural cloth, but it shall be your labor, your pain and what you've suffered. I will take every one of those, change it and do unusual miracles for you, says the Spirit of God.
The second thing is the sign of the shadow. What is this? Simon Peter walked through the streets and his shadow was cast upon people and there were unusual miracles being wrought. Why is it only that they would remember the miracles of yesterday? No more, for God said, these unusual manifestations shall come even through the shadows. What do I speak of? No, I speak of the shadows of men, I speak of those things that mean nothing, seem insignificant. But God said I will take even the most insignificant thing like a shadow that is cast upon people to bring darkness, and it shall bring light and it shall bring miracles, says the Spirit of God.
Then says the Lord, there shall be the sign of a mantle. What is this? God said Elijah walked to Elisha. Elisha was in a field and that field was called "Abelmaholla" in the Hebrew this was when Elisha was plowing with the twelfth oxen. And God said he walked in that place, "Abelmaholla" means the "field of rejoicing." And God said I have placed you in the field of rejoicing. And now that you have come into the field of rejoicing, America, listen to me, I'm prophesying to you - not to any other nation.
You have come from a place of great sadness and as Ecclesiastes says, there is a time for mourning and there is a time for joy, there is a time for tear and there is a time for dancing, there is a time for war and there is a time for peace. The Spirit of God says, hear what the prophet says tonight. In the field of rejoicing which you have entered into, Elijah came to the man that was with the twelfth oxen. Government has been set in order. Believe it or not, God says, my kingdom government has been set in order. The apostles are prepared and ready. The prophets are prepared and ready. Teachers are prepared and ready. Pastors are clothed in the clothing of a shepherd. And so God says that the evangelists are ready as missions. God said they are all ready and the government has been prepared and ready for now to bring forth a great mantle of a double portion, says the Lord of Hosts.
In the field of rejoicing, says the Spirit of God, there will be a mantle cast upon you that will bring about an expression, that brings about a double portion and that same mantle will be taken, says the Lord. And one day, and that day is now, where that mantle shall be taken and it shall strike the one thing that is standing in the way of your great double portion, and you shall shout, and you shall shout as the prophet Elisha shouted "where is the Lord God of Elijah? Where is the Lord God of Elijah? Where is the Lord God of Elijah?" And the Jordan was parted and now God said Elisha went across.
Then shall come the sign of the salt. What is the sign of the salt? For God said, now many great men have died. And your beloved servant and my beloved darling, Billy Graham, is to be called home. And God said I shall receive him, then there shall be a great portion that shall be released upon the earth, a mighty portion of evangelism, not through one man anymore, but through the young men and women starting in kindergarten, starting right there. I release Billy Graham's anointing to evangelize and reach the unreachable through to the elderly, says the Spirit of God!
For the Spirit of God said, when Elijah was taken away they did not believe it. They went to search for another, strong men - 50 strong men went to search. Maybe he's in the cave, maybe he was thrown on some mountain somewhere. Listen to me, and he said, go and look, and they returned to Elisha and they said, we cannot find Elijah. He is gone, but now our city and the elders of the city came to Elisha and said to him - some of you here are anointed for the cities, men and women of God who are going to what's going to happen now. The governing officials came to Elisha - governing powers, senators, representatives, presidents will come to this great prophetic anointing that is being released upon this nation, upon your young ones. They said, we have a problem, our water is unclean and it is bitter, therefore we cannot produce. Elisha said, bring me a clean bowl, put some water in it, and then he took some salt and he poured it in and he went to the source if the water and poured it in, and the water was made whole.
God said, this anointing of salt shall be an unlimited grace that shall come to the cities of America and I will clean and purify their waters so that there will be no defilement in your educational system, your legal system. God said, I will wipe it out by the power of My grace!
