The Utterances of God
Francis Frangipane

Much of what we are living today we were speaking yesterday. Of course, not everything in one's future is determined by his words. However, in real ways, our words are seeds that bloom in future hopes and fears; they are the trailblazers of our future, the pioneers of our tomorrows.

Still, most of us are too casual, or ignorant, about the weightiness of our words. Recall: it was Jesus Himself who warned, "For every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment." He continued, "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned" (Matt. 12:36-37 NKJV).

We will each stand before God and give an account for our words. We actually will be justified or condemned by the things we uttered in life. In truth, idle words create idols, false realities and hollow goals, to which we bow down and serve.

The Kernel of Life or Death
There is a weightiness to words, a spiritual substance within our words, and that substance has the power to impact those who receive them. Jesus said His words were "spirit and [they] are life" (John 6:63). The substance in Christ's words is eternal life, and believing His words transforms us.

So also our words can contain either life or, conversely, they can contain death. If I wrote a string of profanities, blasphemies and curses, would not the vileness of such words, at least temporarily, degrade your soul with their toxic affect? Our words, manipulated by hell, can actually become weapons the enemy uses to destroy us and wound others, as Job challenged his so-called friends: "To whom have you uttered words? And whose spirit was expressed through you?" (Job 26:4).

When we slander or gossip, we must ask ourselves: Whose spirit is being expressed through us? You see, Satan seeks to use our words against us. With our words, we criticize but do not pray; we judge without showing mercy. These things immediately affect our future. Satan knows that if he can capture our tongues, he can capture our future. As it is written: "The tongue...sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell" (See James 3:2-6).

The devil can take our careless, insensitive words and literally crush people with them. Although a word has no measurable mass, it can become an unbearable burden on a person's soul, especially a harsh word spoken in anger. It can actually destroy another's life.

Still think words are unimportant? A definite aspect of our salvation unfolds when we "confess with [our] mouth Jesus as Lord" (Rom. 10:9). Our confession takes salvation out of the vague, provisional state and makes it a distinct, effective dimension of our life. Our confession of faith in all things helps chart our lives in a Godward direction.

Prayer itself is the expansion of the heart toward God through words, and when you pray according to the will of God, your words begin to shape your future in God.

Combining Spiritual Thoughts with Spiritual Words
"Now we have received . . .the Spirit who is from God, that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words" (1 Cor 2:12-13).

As we combine spiritual thoughts with spiritual words, the things freely given us by God begin to manifest in our lives. This is not to say that merely repeating words has power, as if by magic. No. However, the Bible calls us to combine "spiritual thoughts with "spiritual words," enabling new dimensions to open in our relationship with God.

Becoming Like Christ, the Word
The church is beginning to realize its singular purpose is to be like Christ. To be like Jesus, however, is to be purified in both heart and speech. James said that "if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man" (James 3:2). Our words, therefore, are a measure of our maturity.

Or consider Isaiah. When this mighty prophet saw the Lord, he was immediately convicted concerning his words. Isaiah said, "Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips" (Isa. 6:5). Taking a burning coal from the altar, the first thing the Lord cleansed was Isaiah's speech.

Likewise, when we truly see Jesus, our words will also be brought under the burning coal of divine conviction; a process of cleansing will begin. Thus, Peter says, "Whoever speaks, let him speak, as it were, the utterances of God" (1 Pet. 4:11).

It is an honor to be anointed to speak a timely word; it is a greater honor to speak a timeless message. Christ spoke both. If we were, this day, required to stand before God, would our words justify us or condemn us? Would we be honored for speaking the utterances of God?

Lord, put a guard over my heart that I might not sin with my mouth. Master, purify me that my words might be the expression of Your heart. Help me to crucify my instinct to talk. May I serve You as one entrusted to speak, as it were, the utterances of God.

A WORK IN PROGRESS
Philippians 1:6 MSG Bible
Bill Yount

Philippians 1:6 "There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears."
Each one of us is a work in progress. God is not through working on any of us. That's why we don't get to judge one another.
Where we are living there is a construction site near by. You can't escape it. Right when you turn on to the main road there it is. A major four way intersection under construction causing traffic to stand still and people to go crazy. The bank we are customers with is right on the corner of it. Going inside the bank you get to breathe dust for they are remodeling the bank after tearing half of it down to make room for these new sophisticated routes of traveling.
MANY TIMES GOD USES A RED LIGHT TO SPEAK TO US
I am not judging the construction workers but I am convinced that my two flat tires within three days on the same tire was caused by pieces of metal debrie picked up from crossing through that intersection. The other day I was waiting again in a line of traffic backed up what seemed to be a mile. The light changed and being in a hurry we began to move slower than I wanted. Finally approaching the intersection the light turned red personally just for me right before I could go through. That did it. Sitting there, I felt like getting out of my car and shouting to every construction worker at the top of my lungs, "Would you please stop working on this intersection? I can't take this anymore!" ( But I didn't because I am a Christian.) Sitting there, waiting for the light to change, there came a moment of stillness and the Lord whispered to me, "But wait till you see when it is finished. Wait til you see when it is finished."
WHEN THINGS APPEAR TO BE FALLING APART, THEY COULD BE ACTUALLY FALLING TOGETHER!
I believe there are many people right now like me who are a work in progress. The Lord has been working over time in your life although things seem to be falling apart and going crazy. You have been tempted or maybe have said to Him today. "Would you please stop working on me? I can't take it anymore!" But I sense the Lord saying to you, "But wait til you see when I am finished. Wait til you see when I'm finished. Things are not falling apart, they are falling together! You are a work in progress."

The Crow – The Gem – The Owl

Angela Greenig

December 31, 2011: As light cast its morning shadow, my husband Larry and I were out and a disturbance in my spirit shook me to my core. As I turned around to see what was coming, thousands, not hundreds but thousands of crows flew over us. As I tried to take pictures of what was happening, I looked at my husband and Larry was really still, like froze in time. I asked him if he seen this? He was in awe and said oh yes! We had never seen so many crows together before and I was so elated that he saw it and was moved! This is what I see in the spirit! I am a seer and can see in the spiritual realm. When these signs come whether in the natural or we feel/see them in the spirit, we need to pray! In this instance, the darkness was like a canvas is blocking out the sun rise. Even though I had been shaken by this natural sign, the rest of the day I was so aware of the presence of God! This is our call to arms! God is calling us to pick up our weapons and get ready! Pay attention this year, God wants us to take our rightful seats of authority not only in government but also in the church. Darkness is everywhere and he is calling us in to the bridal chamber with him. We cannot compromise.

I prayed Lord what is it your showing me. This year 2012 is also the Jewish year 5772. Isaiah 57 speaks of pulling down asherah poles/false idols. Who do we fear so much that we have forgotten our God? Who are we finding our hope in? Where are we drawing our strength? God says ME, let ME be your hope, let ME give you strength, you just have to receive! He says I AM sufficient! The number 72 means a sign. This year 2012, is to be a sign. Number 20 is to redeem and 12 is governmental authority. God’s looking for men and women to rebuild His altar with holiness, honor and integrity. In this election year God is electing you to take your rightful seat of authority! Our vote counts! God is calling us to stand up and let our voices be heard!

Throughout the night, my spirit was on alert and I could not sleep. By 3 am we were down at our church, Eagles Landing, in prayer. I quieted myself before Him and I got on one knee and prayed, Lord show me what I must do in this New Year. As I finished praying, I opened my eyes and a gem, a ruby was at my feet! I was so elated! You see years ago, traveling on a train from Switzerland to Germany, I had a vision. In this vision, the Father put a ruby ring on my finger. He had given me a word and once I put the gem in my hand my spirit was taken back to that moment in time. It was my signet ring and it is God’s seal of approval. We all have promises and when we claim those promises, it steps us in to our God given authority!

It was 5am until we left the church. We were on our way back home, traveling on a dark and wooded back road when an owl flew in front of our windshield. Its wing span was as long as our windshield if not longer. Its body smack dab in front of me and its eyes caught mine. Once it had flown over the car, I pulled over. I had never seen an owl so big. I was so overwhelmed by the chain of events that I had seen and experienced in 24 hours. The Owl is about greater wisdom than ever before .You see the owl is nocturnal, he eats rats, rodents and snakes, and God will destroy all the works of darkness. We have to go above our circumstances in to the frequency of God and there we must stay, in the shadow of his wings. There is a lot of chatter in the spirit right now, many people are hopeless and depressed, and our ministers are being hit. God is calling us to walk in greater wisdom and discernment of spirit. When we speak the Word of God that is where the power comes in and brings manifestation of Signs, Wonders, and Miracles!

Church we must arise and take our rightful seat of authority! He has great need of each one of us and time is of the essence. If not you then who, if not now then when? It is our time, it is time for His people to take a stand and draw their line in the sand! What once was can’t be anymore! Song of Solomon talks about the Bridegroom kissing His Bride on the lips. Allow Him to kiss you with a New Revelation. The Lord says it is time to come in to the bridal chamber, and when you walk out, you will step in to your destiny!! His promise will meet your destiny!

Till the end Angela

Call for the Weeping Women
Robert Stearns
The word of the Lord came to me saying,
Surely today is a day for mourning. Surely it is a day for the people of God to humble themselves and cry out between the porch and the altar.
For the arm of the Lord is not too short that He cannot save - but He does not hear a cry calling out that draws His attention.
And so the voice of the Lord would say - call out to the women of this nation. Call out for the weeping women. Call out for women who hear the burden of the heart of the Lord. Let them cry the cry of the Spirit over this nation. Let the mothers of the nation groan and birth and travail from the depths.
For the sound of the weeping mothers will pierce, and bring forth to birth the freedom, restoration and healing of this people.
And to the shepherds the Lord would say, Stifle not the cry of the mothers. For in their cry is healing and in their cry is deliverance and in their cry is birthing and in their cry is breakthrough.
For hope for the nation, says the Spirit of the Lord, is for the Mothers to lift up their cry and birth a fresh move of the water of the River of Life and the Spirit of the Living God.
Let the cry of the Mothers of this nation be released, says the Lord.
(I will add that as this burden of the Lord came to me, I saw women across the nation spontaneously flooding the altars of their churches on Mother's Day Sunday, lifting up intercession in the House of God.)

"Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Consider ye, and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send for cunning women, that they may come: And let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids gush out with waters. For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast us out. Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbour lamentation. For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets." - Jeremiah 9:17-21 (KJV)
