I had to take a few days to unwind from our trip to Nebraska for the Holy -Day..
I just wanted to share with you how awesome our precious LORD really is !
My Robert and I left on Thursday morning after the Lord spoke to me during prayer we were to leave on Thursday
Well He was right while we were on the road so many cars and semis were off the road and I felt grateful it was not us and it did look like the accidents were not to serious so we just prayed and asked GOD to break any assignment on the roads from now on..
We got to OFFUTT Air Base early afternoon in time to take a bit of a rest < I have hurt my back and the ride was difficult>
We made it to dinner at Roberts family and then went back to the base...
Friday morning I sense we need to go to an area that was restricted BUT Robert had what was needed and were able to do some praying over our Military craft etc.. BUT I sensed this was not the mission we were sent to do
Most of the top brass were still with there families and I felt the urgency to pray..
We went to the memorial chapel on the base and it was locked but we prayed over grieving families and asked GOD to allow our men and women to return home well and full of Glory..
Yet I still knew it was not the mission that we were sent on..
I asked My rob was there another church or something..he took me to another Chapel and as soon as I saw it I knew we were headed to the right place..
I asked GOD to send an Angel to open the door because it look vacant..
Rob was convinced we would pray outside again and that was it I knew it was different< giggle>
As we approached the facility I cried GOD I need a miracle send that angel now we need to get in..
He parked the car and we went to the door it was locked but OPEN we walked right in and fell on our faces on the alter..
I began to sob and Invoke GODS presence over our Military and all the dignitaries that come to the base..
as I was doing this Rob took a picture
I was just sobbing and then I got up and went to the pulpit and asked GOD to send angelic Glory to fill the house...
I prayed that he would invade the very essence of Government and all who support her..
Rob at this pint was on his face just weeping for freedom and love..
I was stepping into the side of the sanctuary where you see in the pic its dark and ask GOD to touch our top brass when Rob began to shout LOOK LOOK... on the chair you see there in the front it became filled with gold ..It just kept coming as I tried to take pics of it I could not get good one the light in the room was filling so fast and the dew inside this building was immense...
then I began to weep for the presence was so strong and all we could do is stand in an awe moment.... as this continued for awhile I went to pick up some of eh gold that was filling the chair.. a lot like when Harold Beyer got the gold it was filling just like that.. If you ever saw Harold Beyer of Joshua Mills you will know what I an talking about..
But as soon as I touched it , it would vanish in my hands...
Then The Lord spoke to me and told me it was an Angel himself I was touching...I begin to shake thinking about it....
we then started to move about the entire facility looking for some to let them know we were there but it was vacant !
as we entered back into the sanctuary we began to sing praises to our King ..when we felt GOD had established what He wanted we left and the door locked behind us !
As we were driving away Rob saw the sign for the new Veterans home I said lets go....
So we did..
As we entered that door we were met with an officer asking us who we were?
I told the officer I was Ambassador for The Presidential Prayer Team Chicago Region
and Id like to pray and Bless the Vets That officer told us that we had no "orders" for such an action I simply said I'm sent to do this ... I am here for a blessing ..
The officer look at us and said It is against the rules BUT I want you to come in ..
We came in and had a lovely time with the veterans there and again the door was open for the LORD to Bless
After his was done we managed to go to the BX to purchase Christmas Gifts for my son while we were there a lady who worked there was so kind to me as I did not know how to use my Military card I asked her to forgive me and she said ma;am you take all the time you need... this blew me away for the check out line was long and the IPOD sold out in 6 minutes! Yet these people ere so kind I said to Rob" how nice" He reminded me they were all soldiers and used to WAITING ..What a message getting used to waiting!
As the night wore on and we met with family etc to say good bye I was still being blessed by the day when I realized the word that I sent out to the Elijah List moved again for me ...I was shocked to see it on the
ELIJAH LIST
here it is
But the greatest time we had was due to the prayers of those of you who prayed for us and I cant thank you enough!!!

Signs From Heaven

The Diamond from Heaven: On 11-16-07, as Roxanne and Susan were preparing to pack for the end of their trip on the ship, Susan was sitting on the floor packing her souvenirs and clothes in her travel bag. She reached down to pick up more things to place in the bag, and a diamond rolled down onto the carpet in front of her as she was kneeling on her knees. She did not know where it came from, as she does not have any diamonds, nor were there any in their room prior to this event. The diamond also has a gold antimony color on the backside of it. There appears to be a drop of clear glue or something on it as if it had came out of a setting of a ring or jewelry. Pics attached......  The Golden Horn : On 11-26-07, Susan was getting ready for the day, and she bent down to pick up some pumpkin seeds that had fallen onto the floor from the night before. She saw a tiny golden horn-shaped nugget lying on the carpet by her feet, near the pumpkin seeds. She picked it up and it is silver inside, it has a golden antimony color on the outside, and it has small hexagons on it, and a clear rainbow hexagon piece on it that changes color when light hits it. Pics attached.....  Interestingly, both supernatural manifestations have similar characteristics…. They both fell at Susan’s feet area They both have a golden antimony color on part of them They both have a clear part to/on them too They both fell on the dates of the Annapolis Meetings to divide Jerusalem 1 Chronicles 26: (For the date 11-26-07) 26This Shelomoth and his brethren were over all the treasuries of the dedicated gifts, which King David, the heads of the fathers' houses, the officers over thousands and hundreds, and the commanders of the army had dedicated. 27From spoil won in battles they dedicated gifts to maintain the house of the Lord. November Encounter
I just want to say "WOW" the Encounter over the
weekend was "Wonderful"! Every time I come I feel
better, different, closer to God, free, healed and
just plain old "Special"! I thank you for allowing
God to use you in such a "Powerful Way"!
The guest you introduce us to are "Strong In The Lord
and In the Power of His Might! I love the way they
break down the Word of God to us! Even though I have
heard Rich before it was totally different. Thanks be
to God for His Love!
Did Rubie or Kim tell you that we received instant
favor in the restaurant downstairs in the hotel? The
waitress insisted that are meals were paid for and we
kept trying to give her money and she would not take
it! So we just gave her a good tip and went our way

Hi Pastor T,
I am still on cloud 9 from the last Encounter. I needed revival so much and the Encounter in St.Louis did just that for me. God is so wonderful. I want to thank all of you again and again. I have told everyone that would listen how wonderful it was to just feel the freedom to worship without restraint. This area really seems to have an oppression over it. Please pray that God will release a spirit of free worship among this people. Nicole and I worship but sometimes we are the only ones in the whole church, and that's all right with me I am going to worship my Jesus. We are praying for a break through for this area, I know it is almost here I can just feel it.
We will be praying for the Encounter this week-end. I have every confidence it will be wonderful. You are very blessed. God always uses you in such a wonderful way, And if you were not doing something right the enemy wouldn't be trying to stop or discourage you. one thing you can always be sure of the enemy won't bother those that he don't fear. You and your team are truly a threat to the devil. We will ask for prayer every where we go.
Nicole and I have had prayer meetings since I came back and this catholic friend of ours has found Jesus in a whole new way. she is so excited. I told her that I was coming to the January Encounter and she and Nicole said I was not leaving them behind, So I guess I will be bringing a few with me. I can hardly wait. I wish I could be in all of them, But I know God has other plans for me at this time. please tell everyone hello for me and I hope to see you all soon. Pastor I hope you will be encouraged I really believe you are where God wants you in this and I know you will do wonderfully for the Lord.

THE ENCOUNTER - ST. LOUIS
OCTOBER 26-27, 2007
God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. Hebrews 2:4
Feathers, small chunks of silver, silver dust, gold dust, sapphire dust, uncut gemstones, and a perfectly faceted amber stone were just a few amazing things God deposited in our midst this weekend.
I personally saw and/or heard at least 10 angels in the meeting room. This was confirmed by many others who reported either seeing or hearing those same angels (and others) in similar locations.
As a worship leader, I experienced many things from the vantage point of sitting at the keyboard. I cannot remember the chronology of events or how many people came forward during ministry times or even what the precise altar calls were, but I can tell you that at times, a haze/fog would fill the room, and the weight of God's glory would cause me to slump over in my seat.
During one of these times, Pastor Richard Hanson lightheartedly shouted, "Who's that behind the keyboard?" Thankfully he brought a catcher up on the platform with him because the music area was crowded. He prayed, I fell. The keyboard bench flipped over and loudly smacked against the platform. Just the memory of it makes me giggle.
I don't know how long I was down. After awhile I heard someone whisper, "Mrs. Okpisz? Mrs. Okpisz? Are you alright?" I recognized the voice. It was the youngest daughter of my good friend Heather Reynolds. Heather is part of the team that organized The Encounter. Since their family attends a Lutheran church where worship leaders don't usually fall down, you can imagine her daughter's concern when she heard the bench hit the platform.
A little while later I was finally able to open my eyes and I saw Heather's daughter watching me. Still unable to get up from the weight of the glory, I motioned for her to come closer. I then asked if she remembered The Encounter in July, 2007, when she went down under the power of the Spirit for the first time. She didn't. So I reminded her that at the end of the last day, all the kids asked for me & Karen to pray for them, and she went down on the floor. Then I reminded her how she came back to us and asked, "Can we do that again?"
Her facial expression changed. She remembered. So I said, "That's what just happened to me!" She smiled and replied "Your bench flipped over too!"
Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. Matthew 7:20
At one point, in the midst of the supernatural manifestations, Pastor Theresa quickly asked for everyone who received something from the Lord to please bring it forward. Now previously, Pastor Theresa said that if God manifests something in front of you, it's yours. In fact, that is what she's said every time I've worked with her or been in meetings with her. What was so impressive to me was that she took the time to examine the manifestations and even asked 3 pastors plus two additional ministers to examine them for authenticity. This spoke volumes to me about her integrity. After she did this, there was another supernatural release of healings & miracles as ministry continued.
And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18
On Saturday, Pastor Theresa asked me to play & sing while she ministered for a couple hours. I could not see beyond the edge of the platform because of a haze in the atmosphere. (Look at Pic)

GO GOD GO!
A couple times I was unable to play or sing. Then God did something amazing.
While my hands fell into a pattern on the keyboard (eyes closed), God took me up in the Spirit. He instructed me to call out what I was seeing for the benefit of those who were now soaking in His presence on the floor and/or receiving ministry.
He took me up a staircase and through a gate, where I was to speak out that the gate is Jesus. Then we continued down a path toward the throne. All along the sides of the path were angels. Then there was another set of stairs that led up to the throne itself. There was a fiery thunder cloud overhead and I could see fire all around.
Then I saw 8-10 foot tall heavenly beings, like the ones described in Ezekiel and Revelation. Animal features, wings, eyes all around...etc. But what really took my breath away and brought me to tears was that these creatures would observe me coming, and then reverently turn their gaze toward the throne and their huge muscular forms would bow down and worship the King of Kings along with the 24 elders who cast down their crowns before Him.
I wept as I called out what I was seeing, because it was so incredible to me to see with my own eyes how ALL CREATION recognizes and bows down to the Creator. Then God reminded me of these scriptures...
The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.

All creation is EAGERLY waiting to see His glory revealed in us! God keeps showing me it's like all of heaven is literally sitting on the edge of their seats, waiting to see Him manifest. They know Christ is in us, but how easily we forget! It's amazing to watch how all of heaven responds when they behold the glory of His presence in us...
...Christ in you, the hope of glory. Colossians 1:27
Sunday morning, I received several phone calls before we checked out of the hotel. I will share just one. Heather called me to talk about her middle daugher who is in 5th grade. I know the family pretty well. Heather mentioned her daughter's legs, and how they were crooked. She has never been able to stand with her feet touching because of where her knees meet. I remembered she had trouble with her legs, because a few years ago when I came to visit, she had some kind of walking cast and was seeing an orthopedist. Heather went on to tell me that Saturday night, her daughter went down under the power of the Spirit. On Sunday morning, the Lord led Heather to ask her daughter to test her legs and stand with her feet together. Both of them were amazed because for the first time in her life, her feet were touching! Her legs were straight! She was healed!
After the Encounter, Pastor Theresa went to visit her sister who lives in St. Louis. Her sister had been healed from a very severe case of Krohn's disease the same weekend as The Encounter in July. It's been 3 months since then and she's still doing fantastic! Glory to God!
There were so many other wonderful things that happened this weekend, too many to fit in one report. I am so thankful for Lauren Wurst & Heather Reynolds, to whom the vision was cast by the Lord to see His glory released in St. Louis for the coming harvest. I am also very thankful for Kevin Turnage and his beautiful family who brought the sound system and graciously worked together as we joined teams. Only through Christ can we operate in this kind of unity. My guitarist was unable to come at the last minute and I was very grateful to work with an anointed 16 year old, Dillon Turnage, who plays a little bit of everything. We had such fun. His dad, Kevin, has a very tender heart toward the Lord and it was a blessing to lead worship with his family.
To God be all the glory, honor and praise! And may St. Louis continue to be blessed with the ripple effects of His presence and the testimonies that are coming forth about who He is and what He has done! What an awesome God we serve!!!

Have you ever needed a word from the Lord?
The second St. Louis Encounter, started with the Prophetic Presbytery Group. I was not signed up for a time slot, however, when I registered at the door, I was escorted to the Presbytery’s room in the main building. I was blessed that they had open time just as I had arrived. I was motioned to be seated with one person in front of me, and then I would be next.
Here’s how this works if you haven’t experienced this type of Ministry before! The Prophetic Presbytery’s have been trained and practice the art of hearing the Lord’s voice as part of the Prophetic gifting. 1st Corinthians 14:1&3 1Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy.] 3But everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort.
Once you begin, the first of four people will prophesy into your life. With tape recorder in hand, so you can leave with a cassette recording of your prophecy’s, they will look inward, focus on Jesus, then share what they hear, feel and the prophetic impressions they receive via the Holy Spirit. The Apostle Paul admonished us as believers that we should all prophesy and this group has taken him at his word. After the first person is finished with what they have received and share with you, the next person comes along and so on down the line until you have had four people minister to you.
Prophesy: To reveal the will or message of God. To predict the future as if by divine inspiration. To speak as a prophet.
When prophecies are given, coming from the Father, there is action and a release in the spiritual realm into your life. It is more then just hearing a prophetic word, it can be life changing. Ushered in by the Holy Spirit and Angels, God’s new provisions for blessing your life are now on their way. It has been my experience, these are things God is excited about doing for you. Once released, Father God watches over the journey of His gift to you and lays them out before you. With each new step, with each new day, there is increase towards completion. Every person is unique and every prophecy is the same way. At this Encounter, I was open and yielding to the Holy Spirit, as the Presbytery team spoke into my life. It is helpful to have a receiving spirit, although God can do anything at any time whether we as His children are open or not. He is Lord. But is has been my experience those who hunger after Him, those with the extra oil for their lamps, receive. Like the people who have come to the St. Louis Encounter, or any of Pastor Theresa Encounters are already seeking the Lord and His touch. What a wonderful place to be in life at this time in our world.
Prophecy Fulfilled
One of the few times the Lord used me to Prophesy was last year to my sister Sue. The fullness of the prophecy was; she was going to receive a new legacy. Now at the time, neither I nor my sister understood what God was about to do. Sue, a single mom, with a Down syndrome son and my older sister, all lived in a small 800 square foot house. It was an old gas station converted into a house. It was what she and her husband could afford. They would go on later to get a divorce and she had no hope of a better home. She was living in the legacy of her ex-husband. God had decided it was time for something new.
On September 13th, there was a 5 inch rain fall and my sister’s house was flooded and ruined. Because of mold it was condemned and insurance only covered a portion. It is here God started releasing His Plan and Provision and in 55 weeks, a hard long journey for them, they are now in a 1400 sq ft new home. It is a huge story/testimony to what God can and does do for His Children. It started with a PROPHECY!
Hearing from Jesus
I was astonished with the St. Louis Encounter Prophetic Presbytery team. Each person that ministered to me READ MY MAIL! With accuracy they saw into my life as they received from the Holy Spirit. A word of Knowledge, prophecy’s I had received years ago and long for the fulfillment, they spoke and I knew they were yet to come. It was as if Jesus was sitting right there in that room and was talking to me. Encouragement? Yes and very much more entered my heart and spirit as I received from these Godly People. Thank you for your courage to step out in faith and minister to me and encourage my walk with Jesus.

We were told an Angel named Emma was with us at the service.
So far we have had 3 rubies, 3 diamonds, and 4 green stones (very small) fall in our ministry.

I give honor & glory to God who is the head of my life! I am excited to share my visitation from God today to you. This morning 7/29/07 I awoke for the Sunday Morning Worship Broadcast! During the broadcast there were times of worship where the guest speaker would sing, during that time I would worship God and sing as well in my apartment. After singing, I sat down to continue watching service, while watching the Rev. played his instrument and I looked down at my slippers and saw white and some gray feathers. I picked it up and placed it on my table!
Then further into service the guest speaker asked those that wanted & seeked impartation of heavenly visitations. I stood in agreement, and received my blessing, while worshipping I felt a cool presence surrounding me and a heating sensation in my hands, I look at my fingertips and I saw silver glitter/dust on them. I fell to my knees from the overwhelming presence and spoke in my heavenly language. Once I lifted my head in front me besides my bed and apartment door, Stood a tall, beautiful, gold Angel!! She had on a gold robe & had long gold hair. I began to worship & she smiled and when I lifted my head she was gone.
I am thankful for God sending me an angelic presence once again, I am happy and grateful of the guest speaker who enlightened me and blessed my spirit with her gifts and testimonies. I am so Happy that I could be apart of today's service and I am truly thankful for live streaming!!! Before I left for my internship, you prayed that my visitations would come back and it has came to pass! Thank you! I love you both very much & I just wanted to take the time in sharing with you my heavenly experience! Thank YOU LORD!!!!!!!!

Trying to process The St Louis Encounter is not an easy task for me.
I was extremely proud as any mother could be of the two ladies who head up The Encounter St. Louis.
Lauren and Heather, well done!!!!!
But to satisfy my own soul, I need to be continually reminded we are Ambassadors of the Highest Kingdom and need to remain focused. The primary priviledge is win every soul we can to HIS Kingdom.
However it was an amazing time I must say!!
I had the privilege of opening the event with the opportunity to present Lauren Wurst with her Ministry Credential.
I always find this an very satisfying moment in my work for HIM. She s now know as Minister Lauren Wurst
Our Ministry Team that came us was wonderful and we were all on the same page. That, is a MIRACLE in itself!

The Prophetic Presbytery was also amazing GOD used everyone in HIS Majestic way!!
What surprised me was before I had the chance to really enter into the message "Spring up O Well of St Louis,"
GOD began to open up what I call his Treasure chest of goodies...
Adults and kids alike were finding all sorts of stuff on the floor from green stones to clear ones, and multi colored ones and what astounded me was the pearls found...and even the spernatural dustings of Glory powder fell in the meetings...
What was amazing about this was that one of the ladies who was on the Prophetic Presbytery Team was out Prophesying when it happened.. Then as she entered the room she was activated to ascend into heaven and she saw the treasure chest of the LORD. This confirmed what had previously taken place. .She did not know it at the time.

Just a few weeks ago in prayer I prophesied that soon we would be find pearls in the meetings and GOD would use it as a sign, the GATES of pearl are beckoning many to enter…
Praise the LORD!!
Revivalist Richard Hanson took the platform in the afternoon session with a bang!!
Many were so moved by the Spirit that we actually had to line them up in the back of the space for ministry.
Seeing everyone get such a touch was amazing…No one was left out….Richard is a true Revivalist!
In the evening session we tagged each the with the Word and saw GOD activate Angles and the Word of knowledge that went forth brought extraordinary results…Healngs and actual tangiable touches were off the charts.
Again no one was left out this time the children were not only involved in the excitement of Jesus but now thy too had taken to the platform and began to sing with the Praise team!
Our worship team were Dawn Okpisz and Larry Zimmer, and Robert Phillips. Wow! Sunday morning GOD gives Dawn a new song and The presence of GOD falls again! The entire Encounter did just that. People had A FRESH ENCOUNTER WITH HIM, KING JESUS, IN HIS GLORY! THE KINGDOM CAME!
The word went forth about Gathering Angels and the Harvest...Touchig the Ark and being ready for the LORD...
Again Richard and I were tagging each other with the Word and It happened again...the Supernatural signs and wonders showed up….By the end of the last session feathers were falling from the ceiling and I personally caught a couple of them them. THE KIDS WENT OUT UNDER THE SPIRIT NEVER TO BE THE SAME AGAIN!!! YEAH GOD!!
But what was so special to me was the transformation of the people. They came in one way and left another…
looks like craft box turned over. I asked the Hotel if any crafters were in the space. Manager Jennifer said NO and so I am so awed by GOD....
